Ashley Hayertz - Founder, Business, Brand & Product Development

Ashley brings over 25 years of experience in global e-commerce, business strategy, and brand development, including 12 years at Amazon in senior roles spanning strategic business development, business intelligence, and international marketplace operations.

She leads Mindful Commerce Group's U.S. operations and brand direction, with a focus on building partnerships and bringing exceptional products to families who are looking for something better than what the mass market offers.

In recent years, Ashley has pursued professional certifications in mindfulness education, design science and neuroaesthetics, neuroscience, and neurodiversity-informed approaches to child development — including Lutron lighting training for designing calm, developmentally supportive spaces. This work directly informs how Mindful Commerce Group evaluates products, materials, and the environments children inhabit.
